Article 1 (Application)

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

Users shall pay the usage fees set and displayed by the Service for paid features through credit card payment via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly, and cancellation is available at any time.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service:

• Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
• Actions that place excessive load on the Service's servers or network
• Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Service
• Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Unauthorized use of the Service's API

Article 6 (Service Suspension)

The Service may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases:

Article 8 (Withdrawal)

Users may delete their account and withdraw from the Service at any time from the settings page. If the user is subscribed to a paid plan at the time of withdrawal, the subscription will be automatically canceled.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Service may modify these Terms without prior notice to users when deemed necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.
